Pictures from the 2013 National AcuraZine Meet in Kansas City June 7-9th.
Here are pictures from Friday night's event! We went for BBQ at Oklahoma Joe's. All in all, we had about 14 cars and 18 people total....
After dinner, we went for ice cream at Sheridans! Day 1 is still continuing with drinks afterwards. I came home to post pictures.
Day 2-Saturday night coming up. This will include go-carts in the afternoon and dinner at Dave & Busters at night.

Here are Saturday night pictures. A very nice turnout and everyone had a good time!
NOTE: These pictures are a mixture of my pics and Jim Mattson (mattyloudness) pictures.
Here is the line-up of cars at the destination for dinner. We were going to Dave & Buster's, but we called an audible and went to Granite City restaurant instead.
Dinner!
We even got to see some fireworks after dinner (a win for the Kansas City T-Bones baseball team) !!!!

Wow everybody-we had a FANTASTIC meet. I personally think that this one was the best National AcuraZine meet ever!
We wound up with a little over 60 people register for the meet. We had over 80 cars show up for the event! The Jay Wolfe Acura parking lot was packed. For those of you that didn't make it-here is what you missed.....
First here is the t-shirt for the event (front and back).....
Next, here is the hardware given away-all purchased by Jay Wolfe Acura!
A 2013 4G TL SH-AWD on display from the dealership.
And here's the cars!
The owner of Jay Wolfe Acura's NSX with $48,000 of Comptech Accessories on it--parked next to a Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale (owned by the owner of KC Trends). See, we even attract the exotics for this event!
Talk about a wild trunk!....
Here's some individual shots of display cars....
A turbo charged NSX in the house!
As always, the great guys from Chicago were in attendance and well represented...
The contingency from Omaha was there too!
Our Midwest Coordinator Matt Collins (McCollins) working hard.
And our local sponsors were out in force as well....
Quicks BBQ-
Santa Fe Auto Sound had a HOT Type S there on Demo...
And Sirius/XM had a booth too!
Here are the people that won trophies and plaques at the meet....
Brian (Brian6spd) won "Best Performance Mod" for his 03 CL-S
Fyah TL with his '10 TL SH-awd 6mt won "Best in show", "Best Wheels", and runner up "Participants Choice". With the "Best in show" trophy was accompanied by $500
AnnaMarie (Ater_unum) won "Best Detail" with her '05 Honda S2000
Myles with his Civic from NE won "Best Non Acura". J32 motor/trans swap with turbo
Omar won "Best Aesthetic Modification" and 3rd place runner up with his supercharged RSX.
Melissa (Ms. McCollins23) won "Best Stock Presentation" with her '10 RDX Turbo SH-AWD Tech. She also won the raffle for the iPad mini (not pictured).
Not pictured (they left before we could get pics) was Travis (MN07TLS) with his 07 TL-S that won 1st place "Participants Choice" and runner up "Best in Show". Jerry (Niebur3) won "Best Sound" with his 04 WDP TL. Kris (gr8ness97) won the "Road Warrior" award for his travel from Pensacola FL.
Thanks once again to Jay Wolfe Acura in Kansas City, Missouri! They are fantastic hosts. They purchase trophies and plaques. They raffled off an iPad Mini. They made t-shirts and personalized lanyards with names and AcuraZine names for all who registered. They also completely clear out their entire car lot so we can put on this meet every year!
A special thanks to our AcuraZine vendors and sponsors who donated gifts and giveaways this year.....

Tim at OEM Acura Parts
Bruce from AckTL
Nick at AutoGeek.net
And a personal thanks to my Kansas City crew, who play such an integral part in putting on this National Meet....
---Buda, who completely handles all the judging for this meet (which is a gargantuan undertaking)
---also thanks to Swoosh, McCollins23, Silver SVT and Shoeface. All of these guys were on my newly formed planning committee for the meet.
Please feel free to post YOUR pictures here as well. Obviously, I could not get around to get up close and personal shots of all 80 cars in attendance. I'm anxious to see everyone else's pictures of the meet!
And finally, I want to thank everyone who drove in to Kansas City this weekend. It was outstanding to meet everyone and put an AcuraZine face to a name. Thank you ALL for making this National AcuraZine Meet such a success. We couldn't do it without all you guys (and girls).

Thanks for everyone that helped. I wish I could have talked to everyone at the meet and see your cars but as Steven said running the registration/judging is a huge undertaking.
Awesome pictures so far. If anyone took a lot of pictures and wouldn't mind sending me the high res copies please PM me, I'd appreciate it. I didn't get a chance to take any pics as I was busy the whole time.
Go ahead and comment, no hard feelings. It's really something you have to see in person to appreciate. Pictures don't do it justice and they make the blue WAY brighter than what it is in person. Great thing is it's just dip. I can peel it right off.
The thing that made me mad is my driver's side headlight decided to get moisture in it just this week. No time to fix it for the meet. I cringe every time I see it in the pictures.

Here are some pictures from Jim (mattyloudness) from Jay Wolfe Acura!
I had to start out with someone checking out my Type S during the Meet.
I was very impressed with Alexis' car (RL Chitown). This is a "Best of Show" RL from previous year's National Meets. Now it's on air!
More from the guys from Chicago!
More individual pictures.....
A RonJon nose!
The Super Charged NSX
And Omar's ride.....
Steven Bell's Type S in great company!
Pictures of the 4 cars from Omaha, Nebraska!
Here is Fyah's HOT ride.....
A view from the main booth/DJ booth.....
Sauceja (in the front) and Buda (in the back)
Steven Bell (AcuraZine Administrator) making announcements and giving away prizes
Swoosh and Mrs. Swoosh!
Buda (on the left), who did a masterful job of overseeing all the judging and Steven Bell (on the right)
Guys, this is our host, Jim (mattyloudness) from Jay Wolfe Acura along with his lovely wife. Jim is the New Car Manager and my liason for the National Meet. Jim puts in so much time and work for this event. I can't thank him enough for all his time and effort that makes this event so successful.
