Sean, are you going to be posting up the judging rules/info soon? Would like to get some clarification on the "Best Stock Presentation" award. I want to do some very minor things to Babes car before the meet and I want to stay within the guidelines.

All I finally just got through all the emails/pms and I've updated the registrations list with payments made, extra shirts wanted, and what payment is due.
I urge everyone to make sure that the payment amount and number of shirts/sizes (1 shirt per size listed) is correct on the attendee list.

Sorry about that and I saw your email as well. As the payments are going to Jim instead of me it's been hard to ensure I get the list updated properly. I'll look to see what happened tonight. I want to make sure your payment didn't get posted on someone else's registration.

Getting ready to finalize the Tshirt order and want to make sure everyone is signed up, if you just want a shirt you can email & paypal me at jmattson@jaywolfe.com, I can't promise how many extra shirts will make it to the show.
Right now we have 21 Acura's to registered/paid to be judged - lets work on getting that up! We need more, we also need more "Non-Acura's" so let everyone know!

Guys, the hotel has extended our due date to May 29th to reserve rooms!
Please don't wait until the last minute to book rooms. If you don't book by may 29th, you'll pay "rack rate" for your room at the hotel.

Registration is now up to date
All, I'm sorry for the delay, but I have gone through all PMs, Emails, Texts and have gotten updated info from Jim. All payments are now accounted for and recorded in the registration list. I have also made all registration updates (shirts/categories) that I received via PM/email. I will go through the thread later this weekend to make sure I didn't miss any posts requesting an update.

So this last weekend, while I was out, someone put something on the hood of my car while it was parked in the parking lot and now it's all scratched up from one side! 
I am going to try to fix it sometime this week, just hoping it works, so that it at least looks decent for the meet.

I'll be working on it tomorrow as well. Then detailing the interior on Saturday. My car WILL be ready for the meet dang it.... well except maybe the wheels. My ex-gf was helping take them off a few weeks ago and damaged the dip on them I'm going to have to redo them.

Whoops, missed out on this then. I had to hold off because if I didn't get a couple parts in I was going to have to back out from going.
Guess I will be paying jacked up hotel rates unless someone wants to split a room.

Lets plan on meeting at the host hotel (The Clarion) at 11:30 and roll out around 12, then we can leave to go to Buffalo Wild Wings from there and grab a bite before go karts. Then we will hit up Sadlers after we eat.
I would like to wrap up sometime around 3-4 so people can get ready and/or get their cars cleaned up for later that evening. Myself and Eric (SiverSVT) are heading up the afternoon activities so PM one of us if you have any questions.

Only a few more days....want everyone to have a SAFE drive in, and on our drive out to Dave & Busters, (no need to break the sound barrier) ... Thank you for everyone that has registered already...we can still add more.....I will have the T-shirts & lanyards w/me on Saturday so for those that come we can get them handed out early!
We also wanted to include 4 vouchers (for each paid contestant) that can be used for (4) drinks (non-alcoholic) from the Acura VIP Lounge inside the dealership!
Sunday...remember gates open at 10am
BBQ will be available starting at 11:30 .....raffles/prizes given away every 30 minutes starting at 12:30!
Trophy Awards given: 3pm estimate
