Just to let everyone know. Ben at Street Legal Customs in Royal Oak has booked the Waterford Hills Racetrack for a whole day to track his customers cars. He said I can let y'all know. I will find out more details on Tuesday when i get my XLR8 system installed. He thinks it is either September 25th or 26th. He is also extending awesome discounts for AZ members.

For those that don't know Waterford Hills racetrack- it is a 1.5 mile 13 turn road course. Set in Oakland County Hunt Club, it has plenty of picnic space and space around the track for groups to gather. He has a lot of high end tuner cars and sports cars already set to go, so let see if we can get a big group from AZ (including Chi-town and GTA guys)!

My tracking will consist of 1 lap at around 35MPH, then parking and BBQing.

This seems like a fun time. I haven't actually met any other TL enthusiast and I have wanted to get together for something like this. Let me know more when you get your info.

OK- here are the details. It's $90 for the full day of racing. Driver meeting at 8:30AM, practice starts at 9AM. Racing ends at 5PM. You must have a helmet (they will have extra if you don't have one). There will be 3 classes, based on experience. You can have an instructor or Street Legal personnel ride with you. They will have Waterford Hills Racetrack personnel working the whole day with us. Space is limited to 45 cars, so let me know who is going and I will reserve spots.
