Yup Windows are already tinted at 20%.

Just waiting on aftermarket to catch up. I have wheels picked out for the spring and will probably lower it just oh so slightly. I also have HIDs for the fogs, that was my only complaint with appearance.

From what I understand a lot of civic parts fit on the ILX. Of course probably not exhaust and body stuff, but I think all the suspension is the same.

I am holding off for the KW2 Varients. It's my daily so I don't want to ruin the ride.

I can share wheel choice is:

Stance SC-5IVE 19x8.5" Wheels.

Now that I have my ride back I'm down for a meet. My TL is bone stock but she stays looking super clean.

How come not the KW v3? I've never heard a bad thing about them.

I've got Mavericks games both Friday and Saturday nights. Anil, YOU are going to the Mavericks game Friday night.

Plus, you've got to move too.

An NSX is next on my list. I have made it a priority to own one after I graduate. Student loans can wait. Haha!

So my ILX is going to be a collectors item now i guess. I got the 2.0L only because the lease option put it at $280/mo fully loaded.

Now Acura is saying the 2.0L models are not selling fast enough so they are no longer going to produce them, only the 2.4L models.

Hey guys, Im back. Been busy. I picked up some Depo TL-S tails a few weeks back. Installed them but they didnt fit perectly. One bulged a little and the other has a tiny gap.(just bothers me) I just seafoamed, changed plugs, and did an oil change on the TL and I can say my car feels way better. Looking to do the drain and fill with Redline ATF and the switches once they come in. Anyone willing to lend a hand? Ill supply some refreshments. *Beer* Ill probably just rent a spot at DIY off 119th in kansas unless someone is willing to donate some garage space for an afternoon.(I live in an apartment) Another thing I wanted to do is remove the intake resonator and put in a K&N drop in filter. anyone think I shouldn't?

^^^ I dont have a heated garage so we can do it until the weather is warm....but i lived on 119th and blackbob and did all my work there LOL....

i would not do the KNN drop in as it does not filter as well....just delete the intake resonator and you should be fine

and oh, welcome

Not too bad, my AFRs were all over the place in the mid range which was odd so I'm gonna replace the o2 sensors and see if it helps, if not I'm gonna get full engine management.

Any recommendations on rear LED turn signals? If I'm not mistaken, I will need a .12ohm resistor for just the rears?

^^^ no sir....you wont need a resistor....the front bulbs offer enough resistance to avoid hyperblinking....

now when you install led indicators on all 4 corners, then you will need a 0.22 (i am running this) or a 0.24 resistor....

about which led's you want, if you have the tail light blacked out, then get something around the lines of 60+ led or 48+SMD leds (7443 style for 04-06)....if your tails are not blacked out, then just get 48+led or 30+SMD leds (same style)....this should give you ample light output

lemme know if you need help putting them in

This is correct. I just ended up saudering two .12 resistors together piggyback style.

@ spelling it "sauder" LOL

its still solder and every other country called it solder....just here its called "sauder"

when i first came to US and walked into Radioshack, and asked for a solder gun, the guy cracked up....i really did ask him to explain how you spell it as "solder" but pronounce it as "sauder" makes no sense

Sweet. Yeah, I just installed the OEM type-s tail lights and sidemarkers. Those brackets the tails in were a royal pain. I will let you know if I need a hand.

When installing tails for Matt (MCCollins) we left the bracket out, so we can switch tails without removing the bumper...

Yep, same thing I did. Although, I don't see myself changing the tails, but those little brackets from hell weren't going back on the car.

the reason I ask it, either the heater coil is messed up or maybe its not getting power

now this is pure guessing....

1> either the coils on the back are gone
OR
2> some connector which connects to the coils in the back is loose...

I am hoping its #2 as it will be a cheaper fix....I recently tossed my front seats, else would have torn it open to see how its wired inside for ya...

well 1 of the seats had a tear in them, courtesy my ex-girl....the other seat had 7 years worth and 160K miles worth of cracks in them....even if I went to sell them i wouldnt have gotten more than 50-70 bucks and i didnt want to put them in the new house and mess up the garage floor....

Steven, we need to hit up costco and get that Garage Floor Matt as a temp solution....and lets go to harbor freight and buy couple things....i think I am ready for Xmas gift
