Mat is something you step on, Matt is someone that whoops yo ass!!!

Talk to Sean about that flooring. He "glued" his down to make it more of a permanent thing. They have different patterns and such also. Much cheaper way to go than your original plan.

Sup clowns! How is everyone doing? Get your frozen asses on here every once in a while I have only driven the TL once in the last 2 1/2 weeks

What is everyone's mod plans for the new year? I have a few things up my sleeve. New tint, vinyl roof (possibly), J-pipe, intake, and maybe modded headlights.

^^^ yeah got big plans....

sell both set of rims in quest of getting lighter weight rims
sell full exhaust (jpipe + exhaust) in quest of making a lighter exhaust
sell full custom 4" intake in quest of...well i need something new LOL
front splitter
rear diffuser
clean up the dash and make it look sec-ci
Harness bar
Lightweight side rear view mirrors
Opti-coat #2

For maintenance:
Power Steering pump rebuild
External Transmission cooler
Transmission switches
Might need new rotors...I have been on the same rotors since 100K miles...

For maintenance and power:
Open up the heads and do a valve adjustment
since the heads are open, might as well get it ported and polished
Install either Type S cams or Bisi Stage 2 cams
KMS Valvetrain
Tune and install JnR ECU
RDX Injectors
Raise redline to 7500rpm

Race KY and beat his NSX

^^^ WOW, you have got huge plans Anil since the house is done now! lol

Well, for me TL is a daily driver so I have been driving it, other than on the snow days or my Aspec will be acting as a snow removal! lol. For now, I have not thought much about it but probably visors and ATLP exhaust.

I don't think I have ever posted a pic of my car so here it is...

My car doesn't know what snow looks like.

I'm also looking for a replacement for my Crown Vic. That thing is pretty shitty in the snow. Looking for an older civic or something.

^^^ You always tryin to get me to do stupid stuff. If I had either of those cars I still would want something to drive to work. My point of a work car is to keep miles and wear/tear off my primary vehicle. And if you could see all the pigeons down there and the rail dust on peoples cars you would think the same thing.

but yeah i dont know how it is at your work so will let you be the best judge

when i was traveling to KC for work (and lived in STL), i drove my car every week back and forth and loved it....i even tried renting a car ($9/day for the weekend) but never enjoyed it....i love driving my car

It makes it that more special when its a nice day and I can pull it out of the garage all clean and pretty and drive it.

If you got a maserati or gt500 or whatever you want to get that day, that will not be your DD. So there goes your "whole point of a car is to drive it" thing.

Yes I know my car is neither of those cars, but I like mine to look the best it can at all times.

yes, you are right....lets compare the TL to the Maserati

but I dont mind retiring the TL and getting a GTR and daily driving it but I have wayyy too much $$$ in the TL and driving it until the wheels fall off is the only way to get as much back for my $$$....besides i dont haz the monies for a GTR

You clean the car more than you drive it LOL....knowing you, even if you DD the car, your car will look spanking clean You are severely OCD about the TL (which is a good thing)....wish i possessed some of those qualities....

but as I said, lets quick bickering over "other" or "others" car and meet up....

i see the weather is great this weekend

Swoosh= coolest member ever.

I'm a total novice when it comes to soldering, and I needed the correct resistor wired into the relay to control the hypeflashing from my LED's. Anil helped me tackle it over the weekend in 20 degree weather with no problem.

Needless to say, he's cool in my book.

Thanks again, and I still owe you lunch whenever for the incredible help!

Where am I?

What site is this?

Am I in the right thread?

.........

.............

Waassssuuuupp! Sorry I disappeared for awhile. Got a DWI a few months ago, that's sort of a funny story looking back Then moved to OP, so I had all that to deal with.

Ayways, looks like nothing has changed here. I need to catch up with you guys sometime soon. I talked with Mr. Bell a bit ago. Any plans coming up? I have some new sidemarkers from USR to install, who wants to help?

HE'S ALIVE!!!

Sup Dave we've missed you

Sorry to hear about your DWI. I know you know by now that was probably not your best move ever, so I won't add on to it. You riding the bus now, or do you have full use of your license (don't know how DWI's work)?

I thought you might have found a girl and abandoned us for her, glad to see it was just a DWI /kidding

Give us a shout sometime, I think our next meet/get together might be centered around a mavericks game. Always good to hear from you, if you need anything give me/us a shout.

Hah, missed you guys too

I can still drive legally, I'll tell you about it when we hang next. I'm totally down for a Mav's game. I've been wanting to go, but work gets in the way sometimes. I actually was talking to a girl at one point during the disappearance, which had a bit to do with it. Call me a dick, but I ended that rather quickly when I found out she had a daughter I don't want to be involved in something like that right now.

I lost everybody's numbers when I got a new phone about a month ago. I screwed up my contacts, didn't save them in my gmail, etc So if you could PM me your numbers, I'll hit you up sometime soon!
