no work on the TL really yet, just replaced the brake pads all the way around and the rotors on the back. I am used to tearing into my cars and doing a bunch of diys/bolt-ons etc but the TL was CPO and I was spending so much time/money on the house that I had to stay away completely.

I need to replace the air filter so rather than spend $50 for the K&N drop in, I'm thinking I'm going to go CAI and start digging this money pit...

I see a number of places to buy it online here but does anyone know of some place local to buy it from? I can handle the install, just usually prefer to keep the money local when I can since price is usually comparable.

phreakv, where you work in Lenexa? What color TL? I have Carbon Bronze TL and work off of 108th & Lackman M-F.

I've seen another CBP with smoked tails and tint by my office, but nobody I know.

College & Metcalf. mine is an 06 ASM TL. there is another guy that works in the building that has a 04-06 ASM TL also but I've only seen him from a distance when we happen to be walking out to the cars at the same time.

I wish I would've gotten almost any other color TL but this was the one that I could find as a stick in the timeframe I had once I knew my old 03 Spec-V was going to croak... lol
