Ugh, absolutely hate the service I received there. The service manger is an asshat doushebag. I would avoid this place if you have better options.

Had most of my service work done at Jeffrey Acura in Roseville. Now I live West side I went to Suburban Acura in Farmington Hills ( after hearing horror stories). Service dept. was A+, see Darrell in Service.

How did you like the service at Jeffrey? Since I moved last year, they are about 5 minutes from my house. Haven't had any needs to buy any Acura parts yet though.

Service at Jeffrey is awesome-see Matt. They performed about $1700 worth of "warranty" work for me after another garage "screw-up". Plus had a loaner for about 2 weeks.

I was not pleased with Suburban Acura...i had them do some brake work for me, said they fixed it (they didn't), took it back and they had the audacity to try and charge me for the second visit. So far I have not found a place here in MI that I like.

I have been to Troy (not bad until my engine hydrolocked, then it didnt seem like they wanted to take my money or fix my car or talk to me like I was a paying customer), and now I have been going to the Ann Arbor dealership. Not bad, no real complaints. Did a great job replacing my blown engine. My only complaint, any time i have had a tire rotation they cant seem to get the pressure correct. Minor, but annoying and I have mentioned this to them in the past. Last time i got it back it was 32 front and 37 rear...should have been 39/36. Anywho, I have heard good things from the Roseville location.

Suburban Acura

I know that this thread is a little dated, but I wanted to provide the latest info to the Midwest Group. I have a 96 BB NSX-T that is in need of the timing belt, water pump service. After several referrals on NSXPrime for Suburban Acura, I just took my wife's 07 NBP TL Type S there for its maintenance. Mike Michalik is their expert NSX tech, who performed the TL's maintenance. He did a great job being very thorough with the car. Our service writer, Dan Hedges was very courteous and customer friendly.

The service was TB/WP/Tensioner, Valve Adjustment & Replacing Spark Plugs for $1,729.63, I paid an additional $227.89 to flush the transmission fluid.

We were also given a loaner car while the TL was in the shop. Once completed our car was returned washed, wiped and vacuumed.
