I've been hovering around this thread since I signed up, and have to say that I am stoked to see all these people making the trip out here! I'm working on convincing a couple friends to come with... one of them drives a TSX, and the other a 370z (I know not it's not an acura, but i wanted to show him what real cars look like!). Is that gonna be a problem at all? If so, it's no biggie.

Can't wait to see all the gorgeous cars soon!

I was thinking of reserving a room at Dave & Buster's at the Legends at Village West by the Kansas Speedway. That way, you guys can play games at Dave & Buster's after dinner. How does that sound, guys????

Also fellows, any interest on the dyno's I went to this place who said he can do a dyno day....its 15 odd miles from the dealership but if people want to get a dyno on Saturday he is fine with it.....

For 1 car he charges $45 for 3 pulls with no A/F and $65 with A/F....if we show enough interest i can convince him to come wayy down....let me know if you guys wanna see how much your car makes

Of course not! Bring your friends along! Just tell the guy with the Z that the dealership parking lot, primarily closer to the building, is for Acuras only. Not trying to sound like a dick about it though, I love 370Zs

We're going to be pushing it to get there at a decent time Friday night. Estimated time from WV to KC is 12 hours and we are meeting in WV at 8:00am Friday. That doesn't include food/gas breaks and any traffic issues. We will try our best!

Tyler, I just copy and pasted the list of mods that I've done to my Type S from the list in My Garage here on Acurazine.

To simplify this, just type out your list of aesthetic mods and then list your performance mods. I printed mine out on an 8-1/2 x 11" piece of paper.

Guys, this just simplifies and streamlines the judging process. It's a HUGE help!

So I saw this posted on FB when I searched Jay Wolfe Acura. I have always thought it would be cool to be part of a car group, so I signed up for this site. I am on my 3rd Acura. Currently have a 2011 TL (base). Previously had a 2003 TL and 2010 MDX. Have not done any modifications just 15% tint all around and 5% visor. Would love to come and see all the other cars though. How exactly does this work? I see there is something Saturday and Sunday.

Guys, we can still go to Dave & Buster's. But they want a deposit for the private room and money down for a pre-determined buffet. Once we get closer to the date, I'll just call over to Dave & Buster's and make a reservation for a large table. That way, we can cruise over there, park the TL's all together, do some picture taking of the cars and then go eat.

Sounds good to me. When we did the Great Falls meet this year in VA/MD, the D&B wanted a crazy deposit. So instead we showed up with ~60 people. I know they weren't too happy since it was a Saturday afternoon, but it worked out.

When attending meets, you have to get used to the entire group of cars being referred to as "TLs". TL owners have CL blinders on. In their eyes, we don't exist.

Lol not entirely true. I came from a 1999 CL and I LOVED that car! I still check them out whenever I pass them on the road and I am looking forward to seeing some nicely modded ones at the meet, but my new love is definetly for the TL.

This worst part is, my fiancee tells me all the time that she still likes the CL better than my TL.
She just really likes the lines of the car, breaks my heart

Oh I can't even count the number of times I've said I drive a CL and then it is referred to as a TL moments later. I LOVE my CL. It just looks excellent. Plus it's kind of unique, not a lot of them running around, especially modded ones.
