IMHO, there is a lot more to do in Dallas than Kansas City. That's why I picked Dallas.

There was another thread on this, and I thought it was decided to be a central location in the country, Dallas is way too far for us east coasters

 

In the thread it was discussed to put a poll for these two as they are central location. Dallas is central to all EAST and WEST Coast.

It's a difference of 200 miles for me, but in all reality it's still too far.

 

It's inevitable.


No matter where a National Meet is, some people who would not mind driving even several hours, will find it too far.

There just isn't anyplace that is, say, 8 or 10 hours, from everywhere else.

 

I am driving to Nashville, TN for the International Z convention at Nissan Headquarters in July. But I no longer have a Z but I am still doing it!

That is a far drive .

from toronto, yes.. but the person i quoted was complaining about coming from the east, where the people from the west would have the same distance..

i think we should have it in salina, ks.. thats almost dead center of the USA.. any takers?

You need to have it where there are things to do guys. Kansas, any place, there isn't much unlike Dallas there is a bunch.

 

but we can rangler (sp?) some hogs there though

 

Interesting idea. I probably wouldn't go, but its definately an interesting idea.
