Heading southbound on !6th Street NW about 1:20pm Tuesday- Lowered with TEIN decals in the side windows, debadged with one pipe pointed to the right like Supras and WRX's. If you're on here you're the first I've seen/ heard with that system. I read others who were trying it, don't know what system you're using but it sounds nice. Not what I would imagine, sounds OK. I was the CL beside you near Walter Reed.
