The reason i am looking for the car is because i was driving with my wife on I-270N - express lanes in Maryland (rockville area). and this car was swerving in an out of lanes cutting people off. Unlucky for my wife and I, we were in his way when he wanted to exit and swerved towards our car and my natural reaction was to avoid him and he pushed us right into the jersey barriers and then He promptly sped off.

When the authorities arrived and took our statements i described the car the best i could remember at the time because we were still shaken up. But they said there isnt really anything they could do because there were no other witnesses that saw the car. And since i couldn't/did not see the plates it was a shot in the dark to find the car. So im looking for anyone's help in trying to find this person. Thank you. The description follows below, and this is as best we could remember after we settled down.

its a second gen TL - Anthracite Metalic

it was a male driver and a female passenger.

was lowered more than an 1.5 inches

Was riding with 18" or larger chrome wheels. (they looked like chrome)

had a comptech or similar type of exhaust.

Tints were 20% all around (at least on the passenger side front and back, and rear windows. Those were the only windows I saw)

the license plate was covered with that plastic thing that is suppose to prevent redlight camera pictures.

I think it had PA tags but not positive because the plastic thing covered the plates pretty well.

Had HIDs that were 8000k or higer.. I am thinking it was closer to 10k because it had a slight purple tint to it. and fogs that were 4300k or lower. Not sure if the fogs were HIDs as well but they were pretty bright as well.

If anyone knows who this car belongs too, please PM me the details. I would prefer to keep the details of the owner off the boards, and just want to have it to pass it along to appropriate authorities. Thanks again for any help/info.
