i live in NJ and like most of us i cant stand NJ car insurance i already have PA insurance but my buddy cannot get for me enough bill so i can get PA Driver License and Plates... so im asking for help or im going to rent a room or apartment for a month to get the bill i need and do what i need to do... i think you understand
