Yezzir. You just missed an Acura meet two weeks ago. We had ~40 cars at Great Falls.

yeah really. His '67 has actual 350 GT exhaust, his '85 is a car he runs at a local circle track, and his '11 is his DD. And unlike alot of ford owners all of his run 90% of the time.

Gents, Do you guys buy your parts for the Acura locally? If so, where do you buy the parts from?

I've always ordered my parts online. There is a member on here that gives a discount of acura parts. Let me know and I can give you his screen name.

Replacement parts, yes. I get them from a local (to me) dealer. They do have a website and have pretty good discounts there however:

www.MagAuto.com

Theyre in Mechanicsville.

Are there any plans so far for a late summer (End of August) meet in the HR area? I ask because summer meets are planned well in advance and I figure there are already some tentative plans.

that's way too in advance for us to plan a local meet. We're not those mustang guys. We'll probably have one, either me or Eric will probably cook something up.

Morgan, you up for headlights round two next saturday?

You VA guys know I'll be making the trip whenever there's another meet!

I'm iffy about having another Raleigh meet. If it wasn't for your VA guys showing up, it would have been pretty weak.

I'm shooting for May or June for C&C. The warmer, the larger the turn out.

People are even worse down here. It's a mix of people from Florida who have never experienced snow (like my family and I) and a bunch of Yankees who drive through snow like it's not even there.

Amen.

Cary, which is right outside of Raleigh, stands for "Centralized Area for Relocating Yankees"

I know that feeling...I would love to move to a warmer place myself...lol

Ft Monroe closes Setp15 2011 so I may just take that as a warm weather exodus...

I miss Florida but Cary is a really really nice area. It's nice to visit Florida every once in a while but I'm not sure I would want to live down there again.
