Great meeting everyone last weekend. Nice rides.
Can anyone recommend a good tint shop? Looks like freddy kruger went to work on all 4 windows inside. Need moleskin and plan on going a little darker. Think I can get this done for under $300?

That's a good deal but I don't really want to do the moleskin myself. I'll dig in the engine but, I haven't had luck with interior panels in the past.

yeah timing belt should be in your budget here within the next 10K miles or so. Also the water pump and some seals that are exposed should be changed as well.
To give you an idea of what it should cost for example my boy who owns a mobile mechanic business gave my homegirl a quote for her 03TL about 815.00 with labor and the best thing about that is he can do it anywhere but he does have a shop for major repairs.
So if your still interested in the springs I just ordered my Tiens and they will be here tomorrow. They were cheaper than I thought so i can part with my old ones for $75. See ya this weekend at the meet

Just dropped my rims to get powder coated today! They should be ready thursday but due to work I should be getting them friday just in time for the meet.Adrian and Eric came thru on some temp rims for me to roll on during. Thanks again guys

What's up man! Welcome to the forum! I did my timing belt at 96k. I dog my engine pretty good, so I needed to. I did my timing belt, water pump, and drive belt. You should also do your spark plugs if you have not done it yet.
I did my moleskin, but don't blame you for having it done professionally. I ended up getting glue smudges on the windows. It's not doing it much any more.

BTW I got a chance to cruise on Myrtle Beach strip this weekend. The sh*t was great! I had to car shining, and everyone was jocking! Acurazine representing!
Funny thing was it was Mustang week there. All I saw was hooked up Mustang! They were everywhere and pretty hot! Too bad my son forgot his camera; sorry guys.
We have to taking a trip down there one weekend. Nothing like Va Beach.

I just noticed your post. I have been down with a nasty virus for a while. Just started back on solid foods today and have spent more time puking and in the bathroom than I care to mention.
How did the powdercoating come out? I would love to do that to my stock wheels.

It was funny! The closest modded TL on the strip was NBP with painted stocks. He looked at me like "what the f*ck!". I didn't get a chance to see him again.

I just emailed Assualtech about my Tiens basically asking them WTF cuz i havent gotten them yet. So I get a email back withing the hour saying that they are waiting themselves to get them form Japan 2-4 weeks

I was just down there for Mustang Week. I had my Twin Turbo 04 Cobra down there. MB is crazy but only certain times of the year. Went down there a couple weeks prior with the TL had was def getting alot of looks on the strip. MB would be a could spot for a tri-state spring meet.. Say around spring break

It has a bypass valve on it that I can control from the cab. I can cut PSI's down to as low as 12 when it's on the street which is great when someone wants to "run" me. Still passes emission tests as well. Only reason it makes that much HP and I can run that high of a PSI is because it's a fully built motor. Not your average run of a mill cobra.

I have yet to get it on the track with the T/T setup. Just did finish the setup and get it tuned about 3 weeks back. With the Kennie Bell I was running 9.45 at 143mph. My tuner seems to think at full PSI I should break into the mid to high 8's
