Unhappy Electric work

I found my HID(?) headlight was off one evening on the way home. The main gas bulb wasn't working. So, I went to the dealer today found that they can charge me $1800 for the whole set.
I assume that someone else can do it cheaper in the area.
Please help me to find a good auto shop to take my parts and do it right with less expensive price.
I live in Rockville area in MD, but work in VA side near Tysons and Arlington.

Thank you in adv.

you may wanna specify your car type, and exactly what the issue is. then it has to be determined if it is the bulb, or the ballast. neither should cost more than $100 max to replace/install
