Sorry no one responded man, it usually starts up around 6 there is kind of a muscle car event that happens first and then everyone else shows up around 6 to7 and it goes on till almost 10 but it kind just ends eventually as it starts getting colder and come back in like may sometime.

with this cold weather im sure not many ppl like to be standing outside in the freezing weather lol It should pick back up once spring time rolls around the corner

^ I honestly don't think it'll be worth the drive. From Adam's Morgan it'll be about 45 minutes to an hour drive.
