A/C repair in the DC area

I need a new compressor and everything that goes with it on my 2004 TSX. The price quote I have is $1800 from a good shop. I can get all the parts from discountacparts for $450 or so. Does anyone have a mechanic or shop that they can recommend in the DC, VA, or MD area?

It is going to get real hot around her soon!
