Anyone Going To The National Meet in KC?

Just as the title says. The National AZine Meet in Kansas City is the weekend of June 11th. Im planning on going, just wondering if anyone else from VA was planning on making the trip too.

^^^ Now that's crazy talk!

...I was actually thinking the same thing, but that seems like a rough drive. I'd be dead by the time I got there. Maybe a pit stop half way for the night or something?

Probably. I used to do NY-Miami runs with my brother. Slept at a rest stop usually for an hour or so and kept going. That was an 18hr drive usually.

As long as the sun is up Im good, so if I were to leave early as hell (5-6am) that should get me within 5 hours of KC according to Google. Im sure I can trim an hour or so off the 17hrs it says though, so I think its entirely doable in one shot.

But if it were going to be a number of us caravaning, Ill do what the majority wants.

My cousin and I did it in one shot. No rest stop only for gas. We didn't eat either. We got home, slept, and ate like champs the next day.
