Always garaged. Driven by a 40's woman, so not raced, driven hard or flogged. She just puts it in D and drives. Maintained by a meticulous gear wrencher - me. I have all receipts, original window sticker, original dealership brochure and correct Helm Service Manual (yes the big 3” thick one). Just installed new OEM Brembo front pads. Probably 4K left on existing set, but new owner may not have skills to do it, so it is done. All maintenance up to date including very recent 2x3.5 ATF flush (Acura ATF), coolant change including draining block (Acura coolant), power steering fluid change (Honda fluid), brake fluid change (Motul 5.1). Brand new 235/40-18 Dunlop SP Sport Max TT (correct A-Spec size). Original owner. Never wrecked. Clear title. Wonderful car in incredibly good condition. Wife just wants a new car every 5-6 years. Never in snow, ice, salt, sand, etc. Car spent its whole life in Houston. Professional detailer spent 8 hours on it a month ago including wash, clay, polish, seal, etc.

It has the full A-Spec package with 18x8 chrome look rims, suspension, steering wheel, full body kit, and badge. XLR8 cat back stainless exhaust with Magnaflow 10436 resonator, AEM V2 CAI. Duralast Gold battery. ATLP J-pipe ES0004V2 with 3rd cat delete. Original J-pipe and cat included along with original air filter box and original steering wheel in excellent condition. Trunk latch release button wiring disconnected behind dash to prevent thieves from breaking window to push button and get into trunk. Need key to get into trunk. Can hook up wiring if you desire. Have both switchblade keys. Acura (McGard) OEM wheel locks with 2 keys and the extra 4 standard lugnuts. Sun shade for front window. Pretty sure I got the windows tinted, but I need to dig through my receipts.

Defects: Small 2” curb rash on one rim. Very small 1” curb rash on another rim. Tiny dent above driver’s door handle where door hit my workbench when opening it. Scrapes on bottom of front lip as expected from low stance and body kit. Have OEM touch up paint, but not worth using under there.

I am uber anal about my service and keeping logs. I do it all myself. Means nothing for trade-in or Carmax, but private party folks should appreciate the extreme level of care taken to maintain this car properly. The new owner needs to do absolutely nothing but wash it.

New 2013 M3 arrive in port Monday. Should have it in a month and be ready to move this.

Did not tint windows as previously suggested. Just use the covercraft sun shade in front.

I have people interested in the car but are waiting for it to be able to be driven away. That is Nov 13.

No other updates besides that. 70K miles and meticulously maintained. You won't find more complete maintenance records and receipts, especially when some of these are already 2nd and 3rd owner.

Yesterday I test drove the new 2013 SCION FR-S
Handled Better than any car I have driven.
I also looked at the 2013 VW GTI and GOLF R which is WAY OVERPRICED !!
Today I went to the MAZDA Dealer to see and drive a MAZDASPEED 3.
Last night I looked at a 2013 SUBARU WRX sedan- Not STI - TOO much $$$
2 days ago I looked at the KIA OPTIMA Turbo sedan - Nice car

Today I woke and thought- I think I should just get another 07-08 TL TYPE-S
And I found 2 WDP ones on here. When I saw this car and the records I had
to consider another color. This is my second choice after WDP. KBP is my 3rd choice- Very close to MRP.

This car also has the body kit, J-pipe and XLR8 catback with extention pipe
To eliminate the 3rd cat. I still have the OEM wheels with like new Conti VR rated All-seasons for winter here

How can I go wrong with this car

Coilovers- Tint- 19' Volk GT-S wheels that I WILL MISS ALOT

And now this car that has SO MUCH more on it
APSEC Body Kit, Wheels, Suspension, steering wheel <3
AND XLR8 Quad resonated catback with the ATLP J-pipe and extension and 3rd cat delete And the AEM V2 Intake <3

I might still put another set of TEIN SA coilovers because the ASPEC
Suspension isn't low enough for me ...
And I am thinking on buying a set of used 19" wheels on here ????
Maybe another set of Volk GT-S ? Work Varianza T1S ? Or something
