Up for sale is my 2004 Acura TL. I know most of you will know all the standard features and pros and cons of a TL so I won't list all that. I will add that this one in particular has the rare Brembo brake package, six speed manual transmission with navigation. I maintain this vehicle well and it is mechanically sound. Paint shines nice and exterior is in good shape with average wear/tear on the interior. This TL has a new battery, tires, AC compressor, brakes, floor mats, axles and an optional moon roof cover. Clean, but the color combo & the fact that it's a manual non type-S is probably what's hurting your sale. That and you're in ATL, where few enjoy driving a manual (although I do!).

If you want to sell your car quick you gotta do CarMax. You'll cry once you find out what they'll give you, but selling a used car is easier said than done unless you're just willing to drop price for a quick sale.

Thanks for the words man. I took it to Carmax actually and laughed at the rather insulting offer. They offer way too far below blue book even for trade in. Yeah wish Acura offered a type s in my year model but at least this one is fully loaded and has the same calipers as the type s of 07-08. I think that is a hard to find plus. My price is slightly negotiable as I see base model automatics with no navi and no brembos going for not too much less than this.

Fwiw, I sold my 04 6spd SSM w/ Nav for 13 w/ a TL-S front end conversion, and complete A-Spec kit, Decklid wing and iSimple. May want to drop the price a bit since the miles are on the higher side. I see 110k 6spd's with nav going for around 10-11 depending on condition, and you're seems very clean so I'd put it around 11 especially considering its going to need a timing belt soon, if you haven't done it that is.

Thanks for the insight. Yours sounds like it was really nice! My price is negotiable but I'd can't say I'd go lower than 12k. Really just depends on if someone has cash to offer. That always is a good negotiating tool, cash money ha ha!

Curious what they offered you. Anything over 100k, they don't put on their lot - it goes straight to auction. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you get insulted.

Yeah it was pretty insulting especially when they had the same year TSX base model automatic for thousands more on their lot. Last time I checked TL's are worth more than a TSX when comparing similar year models and options. Thanks for the bump fellow RRP owner.

Spend the cash and throw it on Autotrader. Give it a bit, given the condition and the fact it is a 6 speed, it will sell there.
