On as side note, if anyone is selling their car put it up on Autotrader first and formost. I put the car up last Thursday and between then and Sunday I had 4 very interested buyers stop by. It became a bidding war after everything was said and done. I should have put it on there 1st.

 

Autotrader is the bomb...people that are serious about buying always start there. The first guy that came to check out my RSX from autotrader ended up being the one that bought it.

Thanks, did you pay it off first to get the title? I wonder how this works if you don't have the title?

 

I had to get a 10 day pay off letter from my credit union, then that was submitted to the buyers credit union. The day the transfer is set to be made is Thursday and what ever the payoff is on that day that is whats paid.

The two banking institutions work it out, since I ended up selling it for a few bucks more than what I owed, the bank is cutting me a check for the difference.
