Story of the car:
Up for sale is a family heirloom, was my brothers car when purchase new in 2003. The car was driven 39,000 miles till I took official ownership in 2013. Under his ownership he upgraded the exhaust to Comptech and painted the Intake manifold cover a lovely shade of Reddish/Black, painted the grill black, and once had a funny looking bumper that broke and replaced with OEM in primer black from factory. I think he saw Fast and The furious few to many times. Car was mainly used to drive into Chicago for work. Under my ownership I did a full tuneup in 2016 which included the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, etc. Car was brought over to Washington DC. The car has been great daily and has not let me down at all.
Flaws:
Living and working in two major cities the car has recieve its nicks and bruises. On the passenger side a car backed into it and left he/she must of been in a hurry. Does not effect the windows, closing of the doors, or anything else. On the drive side the garage man bump into also, this again does not effect the function. Fade in the roof has started in the back. The passenger heated seat does not warm up as hot as it once did, the rearview mirror auto-dimming works only if you push the button to turn it on, and once in a while the IACV acts up making the car rev high when cold.
Driving it:
The car itself is a blast to drive, power of the 3.2 pulls well, and puts a smile on anyones face. The sound of the Comptech exhaust adds to ear pleasure and sounds amazing going up in the revs. The brakes work well as the rotors and pads replace in 2015. The AC and heat work perfect, windows and sunroof open and close perfect. Power locks, work well as it should it comes with 2 key fobs, one is brand new and other aged right. Headlights work perfect and use xenon to project the car on its path. Power seats offer a lovely comfortable ride, and radio is Bose and has a nice thump. Along with this the car will come with the original window sticker, books, and leather owners manual.
Selling it:
Though I think this is the perfect daily driver and quick enough to put 350z, and BMWs 328i owners to shame, my family is growing, my dog puts his claws on my door now, and baby on the way won't allow for much room for the wife. So I am looking to purchase a wagon and this must go.
Price is $4500(5000 on CL) obo with no rush to sell, but prefer someone who loves Acuras vs an Acura/Honda Atheist

Clutch to what I know is original, it feels like a stock Acura/Luxury clutch. Still grips well and holds. If any rust is there it would be surface, I will provide photos where I think the rust would be. Been a great DD, and pretty good in snow also.
