7. Are you the first owner? No, 3rd I believe....
8. Title information: Don't have carfax/autocheck etc...
a. Clean/clear/rebuilt/salvage/other (explain further). Clean, as far as I know.
b. Also state if you have title or it is being held by a lienholder. Navy Federal Credit Union owns the car currently.
9. VIN (would be nice to have but I can understand that some people do not want to publicly post this): Upon request.
10. Modifications: Mechanically stock. Aftermarket headunit, sub, and amp. Blue gauge cluster and climate control LED's, 04 TL 5 spoke rims.
11. Service record: I have done the timing belt service, and have up-kept with the oil changes every 3000 miles. Only put royal purple 5w30 with K&N oil filters since I've owned the car. The transmission has been replaced since I've owned it, by a professional trans shop with an 05 Honda odyssey transmission. Causeway Honda replaced the steering cable reel, and drivers side window motor. Passenger side motor mount was replaced with an OEM Honda mount by me.
12. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc. Not leased, financed through Navy Federal Credit Union.
I bought the vehicle when it had 92000 miles and the only real issue, since then, was the transmission. Nothing else.
The stereo system consists of an Alpine headunit, JL10W6 subwoofer, soundstream mono amp, and 5 farad capacitor.
Problems: About a month after i got my vehicle back from the transmission shop the VSA, /!\, and ABS lights periodically come on. I have looked under the car and couldn't find any loose connectors. This, however, does not affect the driveability of the car. The ABS still works, but you lose the ability to turn the traction control on and off manually. I haven't had the time to get it checked out, but chances are its a loose/damaged connector or sensor. Still shifts perfectly.
Power Steering rack leaks. It doesn't pool under the car or anything, there's just fluid on the rack itself.
4 of the climate control LED's are inop. They worked for quite some time but just recently have gone out. I haven't had the time to tear apart the dash to replace them. This does not affect the function of the climate control whatsoever.
Engine hums due to the stock intake resonator having been removed from the fenderwell. I did have a CAI but I have returned the car back to stock. And yes, the humming is 100% because of the intake resonator not being there.
Paint is fading on the drivers side "C" pillar. I may get the vehicle resprayed before summer if i still have it, but that would be worst case scenario because id be trading it in by then.....
Numerous rock chips, scuffs, etc. To be expected from a 10 year old car.
This car is by no means perfect, but it is a honda nontheless and is a very strong solid car. I would drive this car anywhere. I have done my best to properly maintain this car since I've owned it and it has been very reliable.....for the most part.....and it is still very powerful. If there are any questions about the car feel free to PM me.

i had a 94 thunderbird supercoupe with a blown headgasket shipped from southern cali to NJ. It was specified as non-op and had to pay extra for it because they needed a winch to put it on the trailer. The driver ended up driving my car on the trailer (i was in NJ by this time and had my friend make sure it was shipped) and when it arrived in NJ, the driver did the same thing, only it was in front of me and i immediately told him to turn it off. The battery was dead, and on the paperwork he gave me it stated non-op. So he tells me that "non-op doesnt mean not operational". WTF? I called the company and they said they werent liable for the damage done to the engine and i didnt have money for an attorney. The engine was damaged more than it was before. There wasnt any coolant in the oil when i initially blew the gasket and the coolant was coming out of the outside of the head onto the manifold, not into the combustion chamber. After i received the car, coolant was in everything. So, nah, i dont trust them. One bad experience is enough for me.

Update:
I feel everyone should know about this. A fellow member ran an autocheck on my car and it states that there was frame damage reported when it was at an auction. There was, however, no accident reported and there was nothing done to the title. I personally have been under this car numerous times and have never seen anything to suggest that there were frame repairs done to it. In all fairness i dont know why it was reported, but it is on there. Ive never been into an accident with this car, but i feel it is only fair that anyone interested in buying this car can feel free to inspect underneath as you see fit.
