Ok, not sure how many of you have read what I've been through but lets just say it's time to part ways with the CL-S.. The tranny just went out due to the dealership mistake. So here are the cold hard facts:

2001 CL-S
212,XXX miles
Just had a 3.5L ody engine installed at 209,XXX miles. The ody engine has 78K miles on it.
Navigation system with switch and DVD player
Comptech Sways, front and rear
Comptech headers
Comptech Tranny cooler
Comptech strut bar
Comptech Ice Box
HR OE Springs & Tokico Illumina adjustable shocks
Moog sway bar end links
UR Crank Pulley
Throttle body and manifold spacers
New Iridixum IX plugs
All weather rear cargo mat
Just installed 2 new front wheel bearings
Brand new slotted rotors and pads.
Brand new Bridgestone Turanza Serenity tires. I spent about $800 on these tires, they are great.

I just don't have the time to part out the car, so please don't ask because I have no intentions of parting out the vehicle. I can offer free towing up to 100 miles.

So if you're in the market for a 6-speed swap, this car would be a great base with the Ody engine.

you said the tranny went out because of a dealer mistake, what kind of mistake and will it reoccur with a transmission swap without further modifications. I guess the simple way to ask is what caused the transmission to fail but since you didn't give that information above was wondering what would need to be done to fix the vehicle and it not have the same problems again

As for the tranny issue. What happened is I just had the ody engine swapped in and the idiot dealership forgot to put 3 quarts of tranny fluid back into the car after the swap. Obviously they are going to say they did but its obvious they didn't. The tranny actually ran great before all this. The issue didn't arise from a bad tranny, it was cause of dealer error. The car ran like a beast with the ody swap before this happened.

Alright, bump..

New Price.. $2500.

There are a ton of great parts on this car. New tires that I just paid $800 for. Headlights still work with the ballasts. All my Comptech parts.

I wish I could part this car out, but I just don't have the garage space.

Just between the Comptech headers and tire/rim combo that is probably $1,000 right there if you put them on ebay.
