I also presume they will not fit "base model" cars with 6MT transmissions.

Not sure, I would check with Rotora, they probably will fit with slight modification.

I think you missed the point; what I was gently trying to suggest to you is the 6MT equipped "Base" TLs from 2004-2006 have the same front end arrangement as the 2007-2008 Type-S models.

Why wouldn’t this system work with 6MT?

The knuckles and rotors are different for the Brembo equipped cars. Also, 04-06 MT TLs are NOT "Base" models. They are "Sport" models.

Questions:

1. Which challenge ( Brake series) are they?
2. Are they 1 piece or 2 Piece rotors?
3. Hows the Pad Life left on them? (Will they need to be replaced?)
4. How's the Rotor Condition? (Will they need to be replaced?)
5. Do they come with the Braided lines?

1. No idea, these were made probably before there was a series difference. Caliper part number rc4f.40088.b.355.2a
2. 2 piece
3. Pads are 50 percent left as told by my mechanic
4. Rotor in excellent condition, many miles left
5. Yes come with as braided lines

Any more Q, lmk.

Will this fit 4G TL's?

Specifically an SH-AWD 6MT?

No. Different bolt pattern for the rotor assembly.
