Description:

Up for sale is this low mileage 2007 Acura TL Type S with 64,500 miles. Completely stock engine, no modifications have been done to it. Drives very smoothly, no mechanical issues. This car always turns heads, partly due to the timeless design in my opinion. Hate to let it go, but need to purchase a hybrid vehicle for work purposes. CLEAN TITLE AND IN HAND. I am probably the 3rd or 4th owner.

60% tread left on the Michelins. PCV valve replaced a month ago.

There is an area on the front passenger side bumper that has scuff marks that can be buffed out. It was lightly grazed in a parking garage by someone who didn't leave their information.

Below are the stock specs:

*3.5L V6 Engine producing 286HP and 256 ft/lb Torque
*5 Speed Sequential SportShift Automatic Transmission with Paddle Shifters
*Navigation, Bluetooth, Rearview Backup Camera
*Stock splitter and spoiler
*Stock quad exhaust tips
*Xenon HIDs, Fog Lights
*8-speaker surround sound with 6-Disc Changer, Tape Player, WMA & MP3
*Leather Interior
*Moonroof
*Cruise Control
*17" x 8" Alloy Wheels with Brembo Brakes

You don't know of you're the 3rd or 4th owner?

Let you know about what? I don't care about it, but others might. The more owners a car has had, the less value it carries. You can pull the Carfax and find out.

Bought this beautiful beast a couple of weeks ago.
It was in great condition and looked really great for 13 years and the fact it has only 67K on it is a cherry on top. Drove it from Virginia to Ohio with no problems what so ever except a few people already challenging its power (v6 chargers lol). Averaged 28 MPG for the tank and a half I used. Car is great and absolutely love it, will be doing some preventative maintenance and the 105K service and a transmission 3x3 and pressure switches over the next few weeks. But she pulls wonderfully and without any worries. The owner (ACKTLTYPES) was a really nice guy and very willing to work around schedules etc for me to get the car as well as being very reasonable on the price. He kept in an incredible and very clean condition and has everything it came with new. Only a couple little things wrong that I need to fix such as failed limit switches on the driver side mirror failing heat seater lights and the cloudy headlights but those are all niche things.
Glad to finally own a Type S have wanted this generation Type S since I was about 12 years old.

Mods can close this FS.

It was a pleasure dealing with you as well! What is a limit switch for the mirror? The heated seat light on passenger side only probably has a loose wire. When I give it a light tap, it comes back on.

Hope you enjoy the Type S for years to come!

From when I was researching these vehicles, the Limit Switch on the driver's side commonly fails over time, to my understanding it is what stops the auto-adjustment down on the mirror when putting it into reverse. Respectively based on the selection of the power mirror adjustment switch (left or right) it will tilt that mirror downward when you shift into reverse to help you see the parking spot lines. To my understanding when the limit switch fails it doesn't know (or remember?) where to stop when putting the mirror back in the memory position so it maxes out at the max top adjustment. Really it can be handy but the passenger side mirror works just as well as if the driver's side did so it isn't an issue to me unless the part becomes super cheap. I beleive you are correct on the loose wire/contact, it will consisteintly light back up on lightly tapping it I was going to replace them both with LEDs but since they seem to not be burnt out and its the only questionable light throughout the entire interior it will likely be fixed by tightening the contact or wire. Again very very minor and hardly an issue.

Also for anyone curious, after hitting about 2,400 rpm in 3rd gear from a stop, Fifth Gen V6 Mustangs are so far behind all you can see is the faintest presence of their headlights.

Thank You Again for the opportunity and the sale ACKTLTYPES !! I will definitely take care of it.
