Hi guys I do not post much on this side of the forum, but need help with something very urgent because I am going on a long trip with the car in two days. Anyway the problem is around thirty to fourty miles per hour I hear a somewhat of a grinding noise coming from the rear right wheel. The noise is not always there but when the road is bumpy it increases the chances of the noise coming. But it doesn't mean that the noise only comes when I drive on bumpy roads. I think it might be the wheel bearing but I don't know of that sounds like a faint grinding noise. The car is a 2006 rsx with 38k miles any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

i would go ask that question on a forum with alot of rsx's but i have worked on a few but sounds could be a wheel bearing or brake pads just guessing...

 

Could be a seized caliper, or wheel bearing, or perhaps something like a rock stuck where it shouldn't be
