Anyone know where the lighter plug in cones from in the dash I.E. Floor, behind radio etc.?

I'm trying not to take the center console out and feeling around for the plug in the dash but cannot locate it

 

i believe it comes in from the fuse box under the steering wheel. just take off the center console, it's not hard

For some reason if it is not there what's the easiest way to get power to the lighter?
