I'm biased, but I have to agree. The more miles we put on our 6MT, the more we like it. We usually drive in comfort or normal modes (where we are averaging about 36 mpg in a blend of highway/suburban miles). At first, I didn't notice a big difference between those settings and sport mode, but recently, when I've put the car in sport mode for a few runs along the twisties near my house, it really comes alive. Throttle response is now, and the car almost tingles at your finger tips on the wheel. When we first got this car, I said it reminded me a lot of our old Gen2 Integras, but now with some time in the car, there's no comparison -- this model is way ahead of the driving experience in those cars with a lot more practicality and convenience features. And, true to Acura/Honda form, everything works and the car feels solid and well put together. We'd buy this car again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the engineers in Japan who designed this automobile.

Great little summary! My wife's cousin got this car in Toronto and when I asked him about his experience so far. He said this car is amazing. The handling, power and weight are just well balanced. He was driving an IS for the last 6-7 years and he said he doesn't miss it.

That's a perfect description -- light and balanced. It won't win a quarter mile competition, but it will put a smile on your face every mile on a back road.

This is what I love about both TSXs I have had (I still have my '09) and they weren't the quickest getting up to speed but they handled well and are great highway cruisers.

TSX is so underrated. Before I buy my TL, i was very close to get a TSX and honestly, I loved that car. Very agile. But I opted for the TL for the AWD reason. Montreal has crazy winter and I personally won't drive a non-AWD anymore. That said, TSX is very underrated and people don't talk about that car but it's a great car.

I don't blame you and I had an AWD TL as a loaner many times and that car was a beast and I had considered getting one a few times but I needed the fold down seats at the time and my TSX drove so well that it was hard to part with it.
