I have replaced my left dim headlight for my 2004 Acura RSX, four (4) times within a 12 month period. It has again gone out after being replace last month. The local dealership says I may have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to try to find the problems..and it may not be found!...? Is there anyone that has had this problem, and does anyone have any suggestions..Any help is appreciated.

 

What type of bulbs are you replacing? Are you touching the bulbs with your bare hands? Could be a bad ground or wiring issue as well

 

The RSX is really finicky when it comes to replacement bulbs for some reason. You best bet would actually be to upgrade to HID's.

 

sorry to nerco the thread. but this happened to me. my bulb died out after a month of replacement then got a new bulb and replaced it again at an autoshop and i was there watching them replace it and stuff and nothing seems to went wrong. but then after like a week, the bulb died out, and the guy told me, i should just upgrade to HID instead of using the regular stock bulb, and once i got those HID it seems to be just all fine. been using those hid for about a month now also.
