Hello Acurazine, my first new thread here.

I am looking at wheels and tires for the ILX. I found a set of wheels I like but the closest offset to the OEM config (50) that the wheels come in is 48. I have compared the options using https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/ and it says the scrub radius will be 2mm off. I am wondering if that will be noticeable? I looked up 2mm wheel spacers and they seem to be pretty rare. My main concern is increased tire wear from the scrub. Does anyone else have experience with scrub and running out of spec offsets?

 

I ran 245/40/17 on 17x8 et45 on my ILX no problem. I’m running that wheel set on my Integra now.

 

Are those RPF1's on the ILX? Did you use spacers on the 45 offset to match the oem 50?

 

I wish they were RPF1’s . They’re a set of wonky Enkei TSP5’s. No spacers.
