As I watched him drive away he also got into another accident, wow.

Not your day, man! I watched the video and I assume you got the guy's insurance info. Also, nice job having a dashcam, as your insurance claim will be open and shut. I guarantee he'll lie and say he didn't hit you, or you hit him. But just hand over that video to your adjuster and it's end of story.
