Bringing 16+ ILX in for Recall & 8-Speed TSB

So today’s my day to drop the car off for the axle recall as well as I requested to do the transmission software update TSB.

Im curious, is there anyway to “know” if they do install the TSB 17-015 update to the transmission software?

It could be in the diagnose screen with all the firmware version

Which recall is this? The one where the passenger drive shaft would go by itself??

Yes, that's the one. I just brought my ILX in for that recall also. Nothing needed to be done. The service advisor says 99% of cars don't need anything done. But they want to just inspect them all.
