this is the result with hps, drop-in & pully vs bone stock 2014 civic si coupe

with 5 cars lane & a head start, even with fuel cut at 3rd gear, i was able to catch up to the civic by end of 5th gear.... not bad for $400 worth of mods

Nice. How easy was the install of the BUDDY CLUB aluminum underdrive pulley? I was very interested in doing that. But due to Cali smog laws, I dont want to do anything i cant reverse pretty easy to pass smog every couple years (once I actually have to pass smog). Im also interested in doing camshafts. I think that wouldn't be too hard to reverse.

every mod i install on my car will pass smog... you do not need to remove pulley for smog check...

it's ideal for pit crew to install the pulley for you, it's a $125 labor & it takes about 2hr...

include my car, they've already install 5 9th gen civic's so they are very good at it...

I have the same intake tube and K&N filter, removed my resonator too. I've noticed that I pulls a little harder, but that's a butt dyno. I also have an RV6 catted down pipe.

Is the your RV6 2.5 inch or 3? I have the skunk2 3 inch and it pulls NICE. Also have the injen cold air intake that thing is awesome. As well as the DC sports catback exhaust. I got the header and the exhaust at almost the same time, the header/ catback were super loud and there was a huge difference at first, but I dont have a tune, so the computer adjusted and tapered off some of the gains. Right now since its cold, the Injen intake is BEAST - i can tell it pulls harder right now. Need a tune to get the most out of these mods tho.

I have the 2.5 version. I wish I could do a cold air intake, but I live on the East coast where it rains and floods. 93 octane might give me a couple of more degrees of timing too. A tune is needed for our cars to get rid of the rev hang, and to utilize the full potential of our mods.

Sweet mod man. Looks really clean. Later On I might look at chopping the tip off the DC catback and doing a (SMALL) twin exposed bosozoku burnt style tip. Like the look when its small.

We do have some great upgrades available for the ILX to squeeze some extra power from the engine. The DC Sports Cold Air Intake is available on our website for $206.02 not including shipping. The benefit of this intake is heat protection and improved breathability. Every kit includes an air filter that requires no oil, therefore no chance in contaminating the mass air flow sensor which can result in loss of power and higher fuel consumption.

so, have you installed on a stock k24z7 ilx ? or on a stock 9th gen si ?

can you run the intake by itself ?

We haven't personally installed that intake on the k24Z7 but that part number does come up as a verified fitment, so it should be a simple bolt on installation. It also comes up as a verified fitment on the 9th gen Si as well. You can run just the intake without any other modifications.

Do you think you can send me the link to purchase this exhaust?
Looking to see if it'll fit my 2016.

Mind uploading a video clip of a cold start and some pulls? Would help out some members looking for an exhaust setup. Thanks

So this is with the drop in filter, pulley, and exhaust only? I have the same set-up minus the exhaust but plus a RV6 down pipe and hondata reflash.
