Putting a 2016 Nav Dash Unit into a 2014/15??
I want CarPlay and a manual transmission.
I’m interested in getting a 2014/15 ILX and swapping out the stereo dash unit for one from a 2016-18 ILX with a media screen. Then, remove the media screen for a CarPlay unit.
The sizes appear to match up. The upper screen controls have been redesigned but I’m assuming I can make it work. Either way, that screen is not important to me.
Has anyone tried this?
