I have purchased a used 2017 ILX Premium. There is a USB port and 12v adapter in the center console, but in the lower front console compartment, there is a round cut-out and pull tab for what the manual says should be a USB connector. In my vehicle though there is no connector and it's just a hole behind the pull tab.

Is this some model specific oddity, or do I need to buy an aftermarket cable to wire up and route through that hole? I assumed there would be 2 USB ports.

I have attached a photo. I apologize for it being a little dirty, I just received the vehicle yesterday and have not had a chance to give it a thorough cleaning.
