Will the Dealership Disable my ANC if I take it to them?
Might want to take it up there and have them go through the glovebox and disable the ANC. Not much of a do it myself guy and I want it done right.

Probably not. I say this because dealerships do things by the book. If Acura doesnt tell them the ANC is causing an issue they are likely to opt out of fixing something that isnt broken.
Id ask a reputable small shop. It is very easy to do, should take them an hour of labor.
I did it myself on my lunch break in my work parking lot.

Yeah don't let the dealership discourage you.
I don't have a video and I didn't even take the glove box completely out.
Try going to a local body shop and tell them there is a factory unit you want unplugged behind the glove box. Tell them it should take 15 minutes but you'll pay half an hour (they may charge an hour) of labor.
I'll tell you want I did incase you want to try.
1. Pop off silver accent piece. .. held on by a couple plastic tabs.
2. Unscrew glove box.
3. Glove box is held liable on by 3 prongs attached to the dash. Carefully pull the top of the glove box over the prongs.
Your glove box will remain attached but allow you to push it out of the way downward about an inch or so. Big enough of a gap to reach your hand in to the wrist.
4. There is a plastic harness clip... White I believe. Right in the middle of the glove box right behind the silver accent piece.
I used one hand waged behind the glove box to hold the clip open. Then used my other hand to just yank the cable out of the harness.
5. I let the harness hang. Pulled the glove box back over the pronga. Put the screws back in and popped the silver accent piece back in.
Took me 20 minutes with no prior knowledge other than the an was located within reach.

there would be no need to disconnect this, if you dont have sub woofers.
sub woofers create a frequency that the ANC tries to cancel out.
and you get unwanted noise.
if you dont have subwoofers, the ANC will work exactly as advertise and you wouldnt even know its there

I know you kind of answered and this I just tried to search, but could you please explain exactly what the ANC does and if I disconnect it what will my benefits be and the downside of it being disconnected be? I have the tech package so I have a sub.
If it's for the only the sub, how much more power will the sub get aprx?
Thanks in advance!
