Hi i have a 15 ILX and i had my car idle for a few mins and then all of a sudden "transmission fault" error turned on then "check emissions" error turned on with a check engine light. And when you shift gears like P for park or D for a drive on the speedometer its just a blurr. Note all these turned on at the same time.

Any ideas? Only recently i had the axle recall done and replaced at the dealer a week ago but the car drove fine and was perfect the whole time dont think it could be but last service noted. I suspect the wire in the gear lever has been damaged.
