Steering wheel locked and car wouldn't start
Steering wheel is slightly turned left, tried everything i could with pressing the start button and wiggling the wheel back and forth didn't help. Didn't drive the car yet...HELP PLEASE!!!!
Do everything you normally would to start your car like hold the brake and hit the button or clutch and button if it's manual and while doing so pull your steering wheel to the right. It's normal, it's an anti-theft thing cars have had for several years now.
My wife's Toyota does it all the time. She tends to turn the wheel when getting out and locks the steering wheel.
It's either the safety lock, if which you will have to wiggle the wheel while you push the button, or if nothing turns on at all sounds like a bad battery.

Couple of things, how do you know your battery is fully charged? With these cars, you can have a battery strong enough to run the radio, headlights, power windows but not strong enough to start the car. So, if your criteria for a fully charged battery is that your accessories work then you might want to reevaluate that.
If you have confirmed that your battery is good on a proper load testing machine, my second guess is your transponder key. It is possible that the battery in this has died or that it has somehow not being recognized by the car properly. I would try the second key and if that didn't work you are certainly going to need roadside assistance.

Spirited, keep in mind that it is a 1st gen car.. we may not get EVERYTHING we want but eventually Acura will address the issues. It took them a while but the 2009 TSX had like 20+ TSB (which I am not saying it's good it had so many issues) that they addressed. So, they DO fix them.. let's just figure in a little over a year there will be a few TSBs on this car...
We hope =\
