Spdandpwr hope you made it out of Sandy all right.
Here's some inspiration for your build:
"At the heart of the Civic-based model is an upgraded 2.4-liter gasoline unit, which with the help of a supercharger kit from CT Engineering and an ECU tune with Hondata’s FlashPro, now produces 250-horsepower
The FWD model is also fitted with a prototype SP Elite exhaust from Greddy as well as aero components from the Acura Genuine Accessories lineup, 19-inch Volk G25 wheels shod in Pirelli P Zero tires and Tein Street Advance coilovers."

can that INJEN Axel fit perfectly for the ILX or does the rear bumper have to be cut ?
I found it for 321.30 online, not a bad price. How much would installment be would anyone know ?

it'll fit, but you'll have to cut the bumper, if you want the tip to show. I plan on buying it, cutting off the tip and welding a tip that points downward, so I don't have to cut the bumper. Install should take less than 30 minutes. Probably 45 bucks at most shops. I was going to wait and see if Greddy was going to release their axleback, but I'm tired of waiting and I still haven't heard from them

Also, I'd love to hear it on the 2.4 ILX. I don't want a loud obnoxious muffler, just something that sounds good.

The clip I posted reflects the exact sound it'll make on the ilx. The civic si sedan and ilx use the same exhaust components (leading up to the axle-back).

I'm tired of this project being in a stagnant position. I ordered a Rear Sway bar today. I'll let you all know when it arrives and how it performs.

My Rear sway bar comes in today! It's a 19mm bar that will replace the factory 14mm unit. I'm hoping it'll control the lean in corners. I'll couple this with some coils -- saving up for them now.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I am really looking forward to your build. Any news on the SC, exhaust, or CAI? I thought you were going to work on performance before the coils?

Exhaust: CT-Engineering confirmed that they won't be making an exhaust for our car. I still haven't heard from Greddy about the exhaust they made for Sema. As a result, I may go with Injen's axleback for the 8th gen si and cut off the tip / weld a dolphin tip.
Intake: I have a friend who is selling his CAI for the 2012 civic si. It's a bit steep at $300 (I think that's a decent amount for a used car part). But if the funds are available, I may just bite the bullet.
Tuning: This is my second priority after tints, installing the rsb, and installing these fog light bulbs I bought a while back. I'd rather have an ability to tune each mod as I get it than buy parts and not have the car running optimally.
Rear-sway Bar: Hopefully I'm going to get together with some buddies and install her:

Supercharger: well I haven't been given an ETA, I hear that the kit will release before the new year. It's definitely a priority a CT as they are posting updates:

Decided against it. The shifter is perfect, imo.

Tried installing yellow fogs and the way bar yesterday. Lemme to say, it was not going to happen. The fogs required removing the lower intake resonator, which requires bumper removal. And I didn't have the proper tools to remove the sway bar. I'm going to get this stuff installed professionally. Stay tuned.

I went house shopping this weekend and took pics of the car in front of one of the promising houses:

That house looks like something that belongs in a horror flick...
Lol, here I am making him paranoid of his car being dinged and now the fear of ghoulies in his house.. Either way both look awesome! Ghostbusters is just a call away

I bought and installed the exhaust tip from the Cadillac Performance eBay seller in Canada that I saw In this thread. Looks good, but it's melting my bumper. Can't wait to get home and take this thing off.

Luckily the damage is only visible if you're looking at it from underneath. Still bothers me though, since I know that it's there. There are probably ways to avoid this: a heat protecting tape, or opening the cut out more, or adjusting the position of the exhaust tip so that it sits further back/lower. However, I don't think I am going to mess with it anymore at this point.
