Anybody else notice that K&N now lists an air intake for the 2016? It looks like the same model as the previous years though. I was under the impression that this model wouldn't work on 2016 models. I signed up for alerts for the 2016 ILX, and I received an email today saying that the intake was now available for that model. Did they just screw up, or will this model fit?

Either way don't buy it. I had it installed on my 2014 and when I put my car on the dyno it lost mid-range and only picked up like 2hp at the very top. Before you buy any CAI/SRI make you can tune your car first or else it will likely give you negative/no results no matter which brand

 

$300 for an intake and it's not even California smog legal, my goodness!

Is this for a Short Ram or CAI?
