What is that above the grille / front of hood?

 

That is just the portion of the... I dont even know what you call that section... painted black to match the black in the front lip. It is not an add on piece though they do have that.

I know someone that does have a deflector installed. Her name is MSILX on IG. She has a bug deflector and it doesnt look too bad. She's super cool and Im sure would respond quickly if you asked where she got it on one of her recent pics.
