Hi. New here so be kind.

Had my 2013 ILX for about 2 weeks and when I first got it, it would show my ipod song titles in the center FL display. So when I was using the nav, I could still tell what was playing. I must have fiddled something and now it just shows "IPOD" and the song number (like 235/2113). What did I do and how can I get it back! Looked thru the manuals and found nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Try looking through the music settings. Maybe only certain songs have the proper format or encrypted info. Good luck and welcome.

I went thru all the settings I could find, and nothing even came close to indicate this option. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't miss it, but I did! Also tried all the buttons on the console, long presses too. Maybe someone else will have the answer. But thanks again!

 

What kinda iPod? Touch, classic, nano?

 

Reset the settings ! Easiest way out of it haha. Acura faaaacked us 2.4L owners over and didn't give us the option of nav so I'm not much help lol

I have the same issue and I pressed the "title" button but it doesn't do anything.

 

Yeah I wont be much help either. I choose songs and albums from the hd by sound and my steering wheel buttons. I know by what band is playing which will play next is a long hold the next track button. My nav stays on the screen saver with normal driving and I dont look at that smaller screen unless im changing the temp.
