Highest Mileage 2016?

This will be 2016 specific.

Who has the highest mileage ILX so far? How is it holding up?

Any rattles, noises? Noticeable seat wear etc?

Let's hear how's these cars are doing once the miles start piling up.

Car seems to be getting better, tranny is real smooth and shifts are awesome, get the occasional thump but nothing that bothers me...gas mile average is right about 30.4 mpg only regret is not waiting for the Tech Package but next time...no rattles...

CONS:
radio presets don't always show up (button appears blank on screen), I need to switch to AM and back to FM for presets to show up on the screen...
weird smell when AC is on and I accelerate hard...

I haven't had any break issues or squeaking up until around 8000 miles although even when I got it it was extremely rare. I went ahead and replaced the rotors and break pads for free since under warranty. Other than that I have noticed that every once in a while, especially at night when there is less noise in the streets, I hear a clicking noise from under the car when I press the gas pedal (doesn't matter how hard or soft). I tried having service check it out but they could not replicate the issue. Doesn't bother me though. As far as transmission goes, I feel like it could be way smoother. I heard the dual-clutch transmissions could be jumpy, and that's exactly what I'm experiencing. When asked at Service, they said it's normal characteristics of a dual-clutch transmission. The issue I'm experiencing is that every so often I accelerate, and my car will wait a few seconds before actually accelerating and then you will feel it shift gears and jump and then it will accelerate. Though this only happens sometimes even though I'm pressing on the gas the same speed.

For some reason, I can't edit my post to add names to the list.

Is editing post no longer allowed?

You can only edit for a certain period of time.

Also, there is a dude with almost 14k on his 16' ILX on this forum. Don't remember his name though.

I guess I had the privilege of having the first 2016 in California, straight off the truck when they first came out and both both the California DMV and my insurance company couldn't except the vehicle info because it wasn't in there data system yet. Sort of a pain for a couple of days.

7,500 miles or so and no problems at all. Best mileage was 36 MPG on a long trip between the Bay Area and San Diego.

I've noticed the Radio issue as well. It tends to happen when the car is started with the radio on. If the car is started with the CD on or Flash Drive on and then I switch to Radio, it will be fine.

However my presets don't appear as "blank". They appear as scrambled numbers or incorrect numbers.

For example, my preset to station "106.1" will show up as "122.22" etc...

However, the radio station will still be playing correctly, despite the fact that the display reads incorrect info.

When I went in to get my first oil change at around 8500 miles, I asked the service department whether a lot of people have come in with high mileage on their new 2016 Acura ILX. He said that there is a lady that drives about 200 miles every day for work and had over 22K miles on it already. That was back in August if I remember correctly. Wow.

Steven Vitek - Hey man that smell is new car break in. Normal. if you still have weird smell after a year or after like 2-3 oil changes then maybe something is weird. Some cars, the exhaust smells pretty bad at first because the pipes are "breaking in", so YMMV...

Wow, some of you guys with 2016 ILX's drive as much as I do. I'm now at 145,000 miles on my 2013. Time to do another video when I roll 150k.
