FYI
So today after visiting my Acura dealership to fix a jiggling door lock I was informed that the headlights on my 2014 ilx are on recall for broken reflectors that can return heat behind the lights and melt them, which may result in fire. The problem is currently being fixed.

From Acura on how the issue was discovered:
One fire was reported by a dealer after a new, unsold car was left parked with the engine idling and the lights on for a several hour period while recharging its 12-volt battery. No other incidents have been reported.
