Anyone know if the ILX will have the dreaded drive by wire throttle?

I guess what I intended to say was does anyone know if the dbw throttle in the SI is as terrible as it is in the 1st gen Acura TSX?

 

Every new car from Honda/Acura will have DBW and that has already been the case for a few years....

DBW doesn't have to so terrible though - that is just how Acura programs things and they are (thankfully) improving slowly.

Dgoff07 summed it up though. The delay of DBW drives me insane, as does the feeling that the computer is unsure what I want it to do at light throttle inputs.

But in my experience, DBW on the Si has gotten a bit better. Who knows if it'll be the same though. The S2k was probably the only Honda Ive driven with DBW that didnt make me pull my hair out.
