2016 Rear Defroster Question

So, I got in my ILX this morning and being that the weather has gotten quite cooler at night, my rear window was fogged up. I flipped on the rear defroster and proceeded to drive to work. However, I noticed that there was one line of the defroster, about maybe 5 lines down from the top, that didn't seem to be defrosting. Once I reached work the entire window was defrosted, but I decided to check and see if the window was warm. I lightly touched each line and some were warm/hot ,others were not.

My main question is, has anyone else noticed this with their ILX, and could one of the defrosting lines potentially be damaged? Any info is appreciated!

No, but all wires are designed to heat up. If it doesn't then it has an issue that the dealer should address
