So as the title states, yesterday I got in my car to drive home from work, and the gas cap light came on. I was a little puzzled because I have not seen this issue before, granted I only have had the car about 2 weeks.

I had filled up the car about a week ago, and had no issues. Then, I filled the car up on Saturday, and SLIGHTLY topped it off. Screwed the cap on, and went about my day. Then, the light popped up when I was leaving work after driving about 30 or so miles on the tank of gas. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? The light did go off after I re-screwed the cap on, but I have read that topping off this car (or any Acura for that matter) can cause this error to occur. Just looking for input to see if I should be worried.

The car has just hit 500 miles if that matters at all.
