2015 ILX with Tech package

HI guys I'm new to the forum and am interested in purchasing a 2015 ILX with tech package. I know it might still be a little to early to ask this question since they're barely rolling out to dealers. What kind of quotes are you getting? I live in SoCal and was given a $26,867 quote with the tech package. I really want to jump on it but I'm not sure. Thanks~Steve

The 2016 and 2015 will be quite different cars...both are great. The 2016 will be several thousands more, however, due to being a new model year without the great large incentives on 2015's.

Have you driven both?

Hi beach, I have only driven the 2015 and thought it was a little sluggish compared to my TSX. I'm glad I didn't buy that model. I think the 2.4 liter auto and 50 extra HP is worth the price difference.

Sure your quote is correct? The ILX stickers at almost $34,000 with the Tech Plus package (2016), and being as it's such a new model, it'll probably sell close to that. I would bet that you're looking at a 2015 model if that quoted price is correct.

The new car is considerably improved, although if you were truly quoted $26,867 for a new 2015 with tech, then an almost $8000 price jump is probably not worth it. It really comes down to two different cars... Do you think the additional money is worth the improvements?

But seriously, good timing to be looking for a new car! This ILX is getting great reviews so far. Can't go wrong either way. The 2015 seems like a great deal, and the 2016 is an even better car.
