Corolla ran a red light, hit a BMW and bounced off to sideswipe me. What a pisser. I'm in a rental BMW and the body shop says it may take a month to fix as parts are not readily available for a new model like the '16 ILX.

Yeah, that's a bummer. The body shop and the other person's insurance should take good care of you, but it's always the inconvenience that sucks.

 

Which BMW rental model are you in ?

 

Yeah, everyone is okay. Even though the Corolla's airbags deployed, amazingly no one has any injuries. I'm in a 328i for now. Might swap it for something else if I get tired of it. Luckily the rental car office near me as a good selection of premium cars.

 

 

Sorry dude i feel you only 6months in and someone reversed into me.. Atleast youre in a bimmer, they gave me a dodge charger for a month yuck.

OP....OUCH! I am so sorry to see such a beautiful ILX being damanged but at least no one got hurt. Words can only do so much but rest assured when I say that my stomach dropped when I saw your ILX.....

 

Enterprise has some interesting rental vehicles. Besides the normal fleet types, they also have some Minis, Volvos, Mercedes, BMWs; also I've seen Infinitis and even a 370Z. It just depends on what cars the branch has at any particular time.
